Shipping:

We pull our shipping rates directly from the USPS. We do not add any handling fees. These rates can change at any time due to the USPS changing their pricing. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. Our goal is to provide the cheapest possible shipping but please, please, please understand that sometimes shipping internationally can not be cheap, trust us when we say we aren't here trying to make money with shipping rates.

Shipping Time-frames:

Please allow 1-6 days for delivery in the continental 48 and up to 4 weeks for an international shipping address (though most times it does not take that long.)

Damaged/Lost Shipments:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once it leaves us it is out of our hands. Any claims need to be made to the USPS though we will absolutely help you out with any claims or anything we can possibly do if it comes to that. We want you to be happy, but please understand we aren't making millions doing this, its mostly a labor of love we do because we love cycling and want to speed the stoke.

Returns:

We really appreciate your order and want you to be as happy with your products as possible. With that said since all of our kits are custom orders all kit sales will be final and non-exchangeable. For any other items please return with a note explaining if it will be an exchange or a return. *Please note you will be responsible for shipping charges on exchanges.
